Friendly staff, clean room although traffic could be a little noisy at times. Good position for travelling around Dublin or the coast.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area and has several restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. Plus, the staff were accommodating and friendly, fulfilling requests like extra tea supplies with ease.
Unfortunately, the heating in our room was somewhat inconsistent, as it seemed to only be operational part of the time, leading to chilly moments .

I liked the prompt, cheerful breakfast service, the high ceilings and period building, the excellent location, the new en suite bathroom.
I thought the decoration, furniture and room arrangement could do with a bit of good design advice.

We enjoyed the brilliant location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very dated and the ceiling was very marked and damaged. The tiles looked as if there had been a leak above and not fixed correctly. Made room look dingy and dirty.

The room was so big, and the bed very confortable. And the B&B is in one of the best areas of Dublin. The breakfast was excellent!!
Could be cheaper if you stay several nights. I mean to have a special price.

gorgeous bathroom, beautiful stone wall, excellent shower
The room felt stiflingly warm, with outdated locking mechanisms that could make any solo traveler uneasy!!! The TV remote struggled to function properly and the mattress may leave some feeling too soft!!! A little less clutter and a few more seating options wouldn't hurt!!!

The rooms were big and practical with extra bed as well as kettle plus plates, the breakfast was astonishing.
